We aim to make your booking as pain free as possible, here are our 5 steps to a successful booking. You can also find more answers in our Brands FAQs.

1. SEARCH

Search through our listings to find great jewelry or watch stores which feet your brand. We list new showcases every day. To search, click here.

2. PRESENT YOUR BRAND AND MAKE AN INQUIRY

Once you have selected a store, send an enquiry with your brand profile. The store owner will review your booking request based on your profile and the showcase’s availability. The more your profile is detailed, the better the response rate is from retailers.

3. NEGOTIATE TERMS

If the retailer likes your profile, you will get its contact detail to discuss and finalise the terms of you agreement. (If you need help, we will assist you come to a final agreement).

4. BOOK YOUR SHOWCASE

Once you are agreed on the final terms and you’ve come to an agreement, you will receive a showcase rental agreement and a deposit request. To accept the offer, sign the legals and paid the deposit and guarantee.

5. LAUNCH YOUR POP-UP SHOWCASE

Once the agreement is signed and the deposit/guarantee is paid you can prepare  your pop-up event. As always, we will be here to help you if you need any support.
